That would have put his birth year about 1806. Maybe this one

A marriage between 38 year old widow Ingeborg Anna Andersdatter (father is Anders Holm) and Jonas Qvam. # 3 also Bakklandet:
SAT, Ministerialprotokoller, klokkerbøker og fødselsregistre - Sør-Trøndelag, 604/L0182: Parish register (official) no. 604A03, 1818-1850, p. 109
Quick link: https://www.digitalarkivet.no/kb20070918660527

I think it says she was born Christiansund or Christiansand. Two different places, one of which the records have burned.

The reference is the groom's birthplace and residence.

Jonas Qvam in 1875 census:

One of the groomsmen /bondsmen/ witnesses to that marriage is Henric Holm, maybe this one:
https://www.digitalarkivet.no/en/census/person/pf01058427004017

probably not seems to be the northerly Christiansund/sand.

The OP says that:
"Daughter Maren Marie Neswold (1854 – 1937) eventually moved to Kristiansand, Norway."

Why go there?

A Lars was born June 13, 1802 in Trondheim to Ole Simonsen and Malene Olsdatter.

#71

Conf

Ole and Malene in the 1801 Census. He is listed as a soldier

1801

An Ole Simonsen Dahl had a child in 1809 named Kirsten with Maren Lucia Jonsd. Hammer hans Forlovede in Bratsberg, Strinda

Unfortunately for this attempted connection he is listed as unmarried when he does marry Maren in 1809. He is listed as Ole Sivertsen in the record.

An obituary published on Anders Koen mentions that he died today 27 Feb 1842 in Troen paa sin Frelser aged 75 years. Anders and Ingeborg Koen born Berg have been married 50 years and 2 months and that they had 10 children and 4 of these allerede forlengst ere henvandrede.
1 March 1842 page 2 col 1 of Throndhjems borgerlig etc etc

An obituary published on Ingeborg Koen born Berg mentions she died on 5 Sept 1848 aged 83 years. It is signed by her children without including any names. Same paper as above dated 7 Sept 1848 page 2, col 2.

An obituary published by Ingeborg Anna Berg born Koen tells that her 18 year old son Pauls died on the sea 28 s.m. (February?) written from Dragøen in Namdalen 10 March 1846; same paper dated 26 Mar 1846 page 1 col 1.

So this might be the end of the Ingeborg Anna Koen if she is married to a Berg.

Here she is in 1875 census:
https://www.digitalarkivet.no/en/census/rural-residence/bf01052402001333

Unfortunately means this is not your Ingeborg Anna Andersdatter. I'm leaving this all for now but will line out later.

Strinda does pop a lot

Ingebor Anna Andersdatter
in the Norway, Select Baptisms, 1634-1927
Name: Ingebor Anna Andersdatter
[Ingebor Anna Larsen]
Gender: Female
Baptism Date: 17 aug 1800
Baptism Place: Strinda , Sør-Trøndelag, Norway
Father: Anders Larsen
Mother: Ingebor Pedersdr
FHL Film Number: 126777
Reference ID: 1758-1819

Back a bit you found a marriage for Ingeborg Anna Andersdatter married a Lars Baarsen in 1821 in Strinda?. Maybe a mistake in his last name? Her age was 23 so close.
