I am trying to locate anyone that has any information on the lerbeck name. my grandfather came to either canada or usa in 1915 from norway, his last name was Lerbeck/Lierbeck/Leirbeck. first name was lecton/Leighton. they settled in sask, canada and then moved to bc in 1935. his date of birth was sept 23/1898 and he worked on ships 1913-1915, i have post cards he recieved from namsos,namdalen,havnegaden,levaugie, all these places are from norway. also a name of arne lindgard and helen lerleck, any help at all or tips on where to search would be great. thankyou.

Namsos, Namdalen and Levanger are place names in Trøndelag. Havnegaden means Harbour street, maybe located in one of the three places above.
