What sources were used to construct this family time line?

You've got an impossible thing listed starting at JUST the 3rd great grandfather. A Hans Evensen (Born 1795) and Anne Hansdtr (b. 1800) can NOT be the parents of a child born about 1800 in Skedsmo, Akershus.

You can see the actual family of Even Jonsen in the 1801 Norwegian census , including their young son, Haagen Evensen.

Actually it is Even Johnsen that the OP refers too, but the criticism is the same, Even Johansen must have born about 1756 or so and not 1795. Throwing the rest of the line totally out of whack on dates.

In fact Hopkins has provided the right Even Jonsen born about 1756 and his wife Anna Hansdatter born about 1752 in the 1801 Census.

I suspect that the Tree goes off the rails at Even Jonsen and the line above Even Jonsen is incorrect.

There are no parish records for Gran, Oppland as early as the dates mentioned above between 1612-1699. What is the source of that information?
I have ancestors from Gran so that appearing at the top of the posting immediately made me suspicious.

Here is the marriage record of Even Jonsen and Anna Hansdatter in 1885.

Even Jonsen
in the Norway, Select Marriages, 1660-1926
Name: Even Jonsen
Gender: Male
Marriage Date: 13 jul 1785
Marriage Place: Skedsmo, Akershus, Norway
Spouse: Anne Hansdr
FHL Film Number: 123396
Reference ID: 1980

Nr. 5 is the original record

https://www.digitalarkivet.no/kb20061101050124

The farm name for the groom is Braate, same as in the 1801 Census.

About the only path to finding out the ancestors of Even Jonsen is to consult a Bygdebok such as

SKEDSMO BYGDENS HISTORIE

Copies of this book can be found at various mid-west libraries, such as U of Minnesota and u of North Dakota.

Here is a link to the discussion we had on this subject back in 2019.

http://www.norwayheritage.com/snitz/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=6971

ToreL seems to have rendered the idea of using a Bygdebok useless in this case.

From ToreL

"All I could find on Even Jonsen in the book on Skedsmo is a few lines in the middle of page 180. Seems to be taken directly from the census:"

If you modify the entry for your 3rd great-grandfather, you probably have the beginning of your line relatively correct.

3rd great grandfather:
Even Johnsen;
Birth; about 1756-1758 Skedsmo, Akershus, Norway
Death; 1834 Skedsmo, Akershus Norway
Spouce; Anne Hansdatter
Father of; Haagen Evenson

Anything above that is likely not correct. The parents of Even Johnsen are unknown.
