Can anyone direct me to where I would be able to view a Norwegian
Sailor Uniform during the time of 1939-1945? I need to see the Royal Naval uniform and the Merchant Naval Uniform.
We had in 1939 Glasgow, a Norwegian who stayed with the family and his name was "Bill" Boorler (am sure this is not the correct spelling)his picture used to hang on our wall. He was in a uniform and I'd like to know which uniform he had on as I'm trying to trace his relatives. And if I can establish this my research can maybe move forward.
