Definitely challenging to feel certain. I am seeing the birth father as Anders Andersen rather than Iversen, the writing does not eliminate the possibility - I see the mother as Mali Christofersd - and here is a marriage record that seems to strengthen that view : https://www.digitalarkivet.no/kb20070911670269 11 on right. I will look for other cross checks. In the meantime, any help with other names on the birth record would be appreciated.
The birth date of the Johan 29 Jun 1828 don't appear to be the one you are looking for, however there is a Johan born to Anders Andersen And Mali Christopher Baptized on 20 July 1828 (https://www.digitalarkivet.no/en/view/255/pd00000040340232)
