The only person living in Douglas County, Wisconsin in the 1910 Census that is a candidate is

However if she married between 1905 and the 1910 Census and moved out of Wisconsin, she is going to be difficult to find.

"Julius Hagen of Billings Park with his son Henry have left for Camas, Mont. where they are to make their future home. Mr. Hagen was a resident of Superior for 23 years all of which time he was employed at the Great Northern car shops as inspector."

Yes this is the same Julius Hagen. He is mentioned numerous times in the Montana Newspaper site online. In 1929 he was adjudged suffering from sinle (senile?) insanity and packed off to the institution in Warm Springs.

Camas May 13 (special) Camas was surprised yesterday by the return of Government Farmer Julius Hagen for he brought with [him] Mrs. Hagen. The wedding occurred in Missoula on Saturday and Camas knew nothing about it until it was all over. Mrs.Hagen was formerly Miss Julia Cobdell of St. Ignatius. ....."

The 1930 Census for Martha Evenson and family lists the children. They are living in Bigfork Township, Itasca County, Minnesota. That is an area I know well as I was born and raised in itasca County.
