Andrew O Moe ended up traveling on from Minnesota to North Dakota where he died in 1920. I think the birth date on his death record for FAG is suspect as is his year of migration.

The FAG website lists her last name as Haugen, probably a farm name. And the middle initial is probably short for Olsdatter with her father first name being Ole or some version of Ole.

The OP asked about children to Andr3ew and Mathia Moe. Family Trees show 11 children so this will be a very long list.
Here is the 1880 Census for the family and is a good starting point.
Andrew Moe Census • United States, Census, 1880
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MZ93-T42?lang=en
At tree is listed for the family as well.

The Tree is somewhat worthwhile for Olina Moe, Henry Moe, Albert Moe, and Mabel Tonnete Moe.
Covered below will be
Bertha Moe 1870 Oliver 1871 Anna Moe 1873 Olina Moe 1874 Henry Moe 1877 Albert Moe 1879 August Moe 1881 Christian Moe 1884 Malina Andrea Moe 1886 Theodore Moe 1890 Mabel Moe 1892
