hello,,,,

looking for my grandfather jon bjorke
he was supposed to have come to the usa in 1928.
can't seem to find him anywhere..

Hi Lisa Do you have any other information on your grandfather, year of birth, father's name, married or single when he came?
There is one Jon Bjork on the 1900 census but can't tell if he is yours

He could have gone by his patronymic name.

1914, June 23. Ivar Larsen Bjørke Brukee, Journalist, State of Minn. born 1885 in Voss, left Bergen after a visit. Could be a relative?
