Hi, I have send an iquiry to Digitalarkivet Hamar and asked for the church records for Øvre Rendalen after 1904.

Meanwhile I have these records for you.

Søndre Bolstad 1865, Bernt Bolstad was Bernt Baardsen Bolstad

The family on Søndre Bolstad in 1875 census, Synøve Jensdatter, Bernts mother was now a widow, she was born in Sogndal in Western Norway north of Sognefjorden in Sogn og Fjordane. the other people living on the farm were servants or welfare recipients.

Syneve Jensdatter was born in Aaberge in Sogndal and christened March 23. 1806. Parents Jens Iversen Aaberge and Gøri Iversdatter, top left hand.

Aaberge 1801, Jens Iversen age 28 and Gøri Iversdatter age 25, no children (they married June 4. 1800). His brother Peder age 24 and one servant Gjertrud Siursdatter age 24 lived on the farm, widower Iver Østensen Aaberge age 82, next person, was Jens father (his mother was Synnøve Pettersdatter)

Gøri Iversdatter was born on Lerum in Stedje sub parish in Sogndal and christened Jan. 17. 1776. Nom: (Named) Giøri par(parents) Iver Larsen Lerum and Kari Erichsdatter, left hand 2. from top

Jens Iversen Aaberge was christened in Stedje church in Sogndal on March 20. 1773. Parents Iver Østensen Aaberge and Synnøve Pettersdatter, top left hand

Then to Søndre Bolstad:
Bernt Baardsen Bolstad was born in Sandager in Christiania/Oslo Feb. 3. and christened in Aker old church build about 1080 on March 13. 1831 #420

Bernts parents Baard Baardsen Bolstad and Synøve/Soneva Jensdatter married in Aker church on July 16. 1830. Bachelor and "Huusmand" Cotter Baard Baardsen and maid Sonneva Jensdatter. He was born in Tolga parish and she was born in Sogndal parish, both lived on Sandager in Oslo.
His father: Baard Johnsen and her father: Jens Iversen #45, so the family moved from Oslo and settled down on Bolstad betwen 1831-65.

Baard Baardsen was born in Tolga Jan. 17. and christened Feb. 2. 1807. Parents: Baard Johnsen and Marit Olsdatter, left hand #5

Tolga 1801 show his parents and 5 older siblings, Jon age 22 and Ole age 20 were from his 1. marriage, Jon Baardsen age 72 and Maren Jensdatter age 74 are Baards parents on farm 42

Some curiosities:
The weather forecast for Bolstad edited by Erik Bolstad

Bertines (Berntsdatter) Bolstads confirmation record from April 17 1898 in Øvre Rendalen church tells she was born on Haarseth, down page #1
From reading the link to the confirmation page, I believe the my Grandmother's birthplace is actually Haugset, which is just up the mountain a bit from Bolstad Søndre

Haarset was wrong in my former posting, I must have mixed up with another farm or perhaps my eyes just were tired, sorry for the confusion I made and thanks for the correction.
Bertine was born on Haugset, #1

I got an answere on the phone from Digitalarkivet, Hamar.
The church books from Øvre Rendalen 1904-50 is still in the priests filing cabinet, they couldnt give me an answere on when they would be published.

Perhaps they could help you with Melkors wedding record here
