Looking for information on John Lewis JOHNSON born Sept 28,1854-56 in Oklund,Haugesund,Norway. Thank you in advance.

There are farms in Rogaland (where Haugesund is located) called Økland and Øklænd - could one of this be your "Oklund"?
There are also farms called Økland in Hordaland - not that close to Haugesund, but still in the same part of the country (seen from the US).
Though there are no actual candidates with initials JJ at the right age - they are all (both) much younger (born 1860-64).
What's your source to this birth date - I meen how accurate is it?
