Hi I did find him in the 1910 census
L EINAR BJORNSVIK age 18 born NORW
Living in DRY WOOD LAKE TWP
ROBERTS county, South Dakota
On the actual census image he is listed as Einar, Bjornsvik L (Einar Larsen Bjornsvik)
He is working on the farm of Carl O Hanson
Searching in America is tough but here are a couple of sites
Minnesota has a death index on line Click Here
Rootsweb has a lot of information Click Here
or you could join the Norway L mailing list. They have members from all over and can be very helpful Click Here You might want to read about mailing lists before joining by clicking on help.

I have been told that a man called Odin Vevang went to Amerika (don`t know when), and he had been in contakt with Einar. Odin might be alive today. He might be living in a place called Saskatchewan in Kanada. Hope there is someone that knows something about Odin Vevang, or his family (if he have some).

It depends if the person is alive or not...

Try this: Social Security Death Index @ Rootsweb.com

Hi,
try the White Pages for Canada.

You'll find several people called Vevang in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

I don't know if this is the same Odin you are looking for but my great grandpa's name was Odin Vevang. He was born in Vevang Norway in 1906. He lived most of his life on a farm in Saskatchewan Canada. He passed away in Nov. 1990 but has lots of family.
Hope this helps,
