I know some of my family emigrated long time ago from Norway to USA, but I guess they have all changed names.
I jhave found them on passengers lists,but where dpo I go from there?

It depends on when they came to the US and what information is on the passenger record, like destination. If you post the information you found, names, age, year of emigration, destination, we can give you some idea of where to look or help find them.
