Erik Olsen Stenumgard emigrated to Winnipeg? in Canada. He left Oslo 21 February 1912. The name of the ship was "Eskimo". Erik was born 13 December 1887 in Fåvang, Gudbrandsdalen, Norway. He returned to Norway around 1924.
I`m looking for information about his life in Canada, where he lived, what he did for living, was he married, why he left Canada and if he had any children?

On the homepage for Rootsweb.com there is an ability to search the Rootsweb databases (free). If you enter Erik Stenumgaard (note they have used gaard rather than gard) - there is an entry in the WorldConnect databases for an Erik Olesson who was born 1877. The online information does not list where he lived but it does give an email address for the submitter. You might try contacting that submitter to see if this is the same person.
The homepage for Rootsweb is at rootsweb.com

I made a typing error. That Rootsweb entry lists Erik Olesson Stenumgaard as born in 1887.
