Hi, I'm not sure how to search the passenger list. My ggg grandfather was Ole Olsen from the Nærnæss farm and his wife was Margretha Torsdatter from the Nærnæss farm. They came after 1849 and before 1855 - and I figure they must be listed somewhere. Can anyone give me any searching tips? Thanks, Connie Nernes cmkangas@twcny.rr.com

Hi,
found one Agathe Olsdatter Nærnæss (32), who depatured from Bergen in 1852 on the brig Jørgen Brunchorst

Could she be their daughter?

There are also 3 others from the same farm listed, some years later:
Lars Knudsen Nærnes 45 m Fredrik Petersen 1867
Martha Knudsen Nærnæs* 30 f Protector 1870
Ole Gundersen Nærnæs 32 m Protector 1870
