Erik Andersson, born 1748, is credited with being the first to settle Björkede on the Norwegian-Swedish border. His grandson, Björk-Ersen, was a well known bear hunter. Many articles have been written about Björk-Ersen on both sides of the border..

My great grandmother, Catherina Eriksdotter , is Björk Ersen's sister.

I would like to establish communications with any interested Norwegian descendent of Erik Andersson.
