Came ove 1883-06-08 from Norway and I have that he came to Wisconsin on the Rollo..Would this be correct
Christian Larsen (Melby) born 5 Dec 1851
believe his wife Sergine Bendiksdatter Larsen came at the same time and possible Lars Larsen also..I would like to know the ship they came on for sure..everything points to the Rollo???

If he sailed on the Rollo, it indicates that he traveled via Engaland. The S/S Rollo belonged to the Wilson Line of Hull. It was not a transatlantic ship, but a feeder. You have to check the police emigration records to find out what company (Line) or what agent they had signed their contracts with. That will help narrowing the search for the ship they arrived to America on.
