My great grandfather,Niels Christian Sorensen was born July 18, 1853 in Aalborg, Denmark. He married Marie Christensen in approximately 1881. He bought passage on the Thingvilla with a registration date of 11/10/1882 with a destination of Nebraska. He was traveling with his wife Marie, and 6 month old daughter, Karoline. On the DDD Emigration Database I find them listed with Contract no:341900. Using the Passenger list and Emigrant ships form Norway-Heritage it appearred that the Thingvalla left Christiania of Novemeber 16, 1882 and arrived New York on December 04,1882. Did the ship pick up passenger in Copenhagen as well? How do I find the passenger list. I appreciate any and all assistance. Thanks MS
