Can anyone tell me what would have been considered the 'correct' nationality for emigrants in the following categories?

Swedish men who have been living in Norway prior to emigrating;

Swedish-born women who married Norwegians and lived in Norway prior to emigrating;

Children born in Norway to parents who were both born in Sweden, but living in Norway prior to emigration;

Swedish-born children adopted by Norwegian parents.
