Under Remarks: utv. av Østf. b.f.

Under Residence: Frimurerhjemmet Ullern

Thank you very much.

Sorry to bother again but for the Year month and day it is 1930 mars 18 and then for the departure date it says 1903. He left in 1930 so does anyone know why it says 1903? Thanks

Hi,
I'm not sure what you are referring to here, but 1903 could be a typo... do you have a link to it maybe? There's not too many with second sights here!
Or: The 18th could also be when he bought the ticket, and the 19th could be the travelling date.
19th of March 1930 = 1903 1930, where 03 is March... maybe?

If you are referring to Ernst Aksel Coldevin; he left on 19.03.1930 = 19th March 1930. And lived in Frimurerhjemmet Ullern..

utv. av Østf. b.f. = utvandret av Østfold bedre fortjeneste. = emigrated from Østfold. Better earnings. (purpose of trip=better earnings)

Frimurerhjemmet Ullern = The Freemason Home in Ullern, Oslo

Thank you very much for the information and the ship record. This would be the same person I found but I found him in Emigrants from Oslo. Here is the address and from the your information looks like the 1903 is 19 Mar. I appreciate your help again.
