We believe that my husband's ggrandfather was on the Helig Olav. He came to America from Norway on March 12, 1909. His name was Asbjorn Christoffersen (might be other spellings for both first and last names) If anyone can help with any info, I would appreciate it.

Yes, I did see the page on the Hellig Olav and yes that is the Asbjorn that I am looking for. I am looking for more pictures of the ship, passenger lists, etc. Is there any records of how he paid for the ticket, etc?
Thanks,
Jennifer
