Seeking info re ship departing Kristiania on 9 May 1913, bound for Quebec. Aboard were Adolph Albertson Greni, his wife Anne Marie, and three children, Borghild, Ingvald and Gudrun. Posted list of ships sailing from Norway during 1913 does not show any departing on 9 May.

The ship they left Kristiania on was the S/S Kolpino which was a feeder ship that sailed from Kristiania to Grimsby England Click Here. From there they would have traveled to Liverpool and taken another ship to Quebec. The agent listed on the digitalarkivet was Albert Raffel who was an agent for the Canadian Pacific Line. Click Here . They would have traveled on a Canadian Pacific Line ship to Quebec.

May 9, 1913 was the date they "registered" to leave, not necessarily the date the feeder ship left. There are a lot of articles and information on this site about the journey from Norway to North America with all it's connections.

You can rent the Quebec passenger list microfilm at a local Family History Center.
