Hi everyone, Happy New Year!

If anyone is researching ancestors who settled in US Northeast,
I highly recommend the following book:

The Colony that Rose from the Sea. The author is David Mauk.
The book is a history of the Norwegian settlement that flourished in Brooklyn between 1850-1900.

Do you know if any Clausens from Kragerø area in Telemark are mentioned ?
