Fred C Rill's wife, Clara M. Johnson, has a father from Norway. Clara's father was Martin Johnson, born 1851 in Norway and emigrated in 1867 per the 1900 USA census.
Martin had his mother living with them in the 1880 census. Her name is Johannah Johnson, born 1804.
The Minnesota death index has a person with the same name and birth year, that died 9 October 1909. She would be famous to have lived so long.

Fred (Frederick) & Clara moved around alot.

1900 census, Andover, Polk, MN
Frederick is born December 1869 in Wisconsin, parents born Germany
Clara is born January 1877 in Minnesota, father born Norway, mother born Germany
Two children and Frederick's mother, Mary D., 83, widowed, immigrated 1851.

1910 census, Hallock, Kittson, MN
same info as 1900

1920 & 1930 census, they are in Pleasant, Norman County, MN
same birth info as above.

All the children were born in Minnesota.

Fred and Clara are both listed in the Minnesota Death Index for Norman County.

Casper and Mary Rill are in the 1910 Census, for Lake City, Wabasha County, MN. They both immigrated from Germany.
Casper: age 76
Mary age: 73
Son Albert: age 34
Son Ralph: age 31
Daughter Minie: age23

Rill seems to be a German name. I see no heritage to you with the info you have given.
