From Digitalarkivet, Anne started her journey on Tasso, Agent: Ennis, Allen Line. Her and her daughter, Ingeborg were following nearly a year after her husband came to America.

It seems as if she may have traveled via s/s Nestorian on May 6 to Quebec, or on May 8 via s/s Scandinavian to Quebec. How could I verify this information?

Also, I will be in England later this fall. Is there information I can look up while I am there? Any tips on how to do so?

Thank you!

There is alot of information on Norway Heritage on the Allan Line. No picture of the Scandanavian I, however. Here is a passenger guide, circa 1880, for the Allan Line:

Actually, there are 2 pictures of the ship on our Scandinavian (1) history and description page. This is the link to the Allan Line history and fleet list page

Thank you very much for all of this information. I'm uncertain how I missed those pictures the first time, as I thought I went through the whole image gallery! I really appreciate your help on this!
