Arthur Samuel Christensen was born May 7 (or 1 ?) 1885 in Kristiania/Oslo. Baptizes June 7 (?) same years in Trefoldighets church in downtown Oslo. His parents were living at Wellhavens gade 6. His mother’s maiden name was Oline Sofie Larsdatter b. 1854.

The Oslo census for 1899 show the family living at Frognerveien 29, Oslo. All children, Karoline b. 1880 and Johane Otilie b. 1882 was born in Oslo. Their father name was spelled Johan Arndt Christensen b. 1854 in Eidsberg. Oline Sofie Christensen was born 1854 in Askim.

Johan Arnt Kristensen and his wife moved from Rakkestad to Kristiania in 1877. Johan born 5 dec 1854 in Eidsberg, Oline Sofie b. 30 apr 1854 in Askim. Married 27 oct 1876. Rakkestad register 1878-1893 p.300 #26

Johanne Otilie Christensen b. 21 aug 1882, Trefoldighet register
Caroline Emilie Christensen b. 1 mar 1880, Trefoldighet register

Thank you so very much Trond!!

I have never heard someone speak of either Arthur or Otilie without using words like "I think" or "About" .

This information ties one to the other and makes so much else fall into place.
