Hopkins, Please excuse the error I made above. The lady I have in mind did not die at the time I mentioned above, she was born.
However, I have a Friederika Margareta af Hansen who was born in 1747. She was listed, however, as being married to another man. How did she end up being listed as Elise Fredicksdatter?

Did you contact Jeff T. Severson to ask the question I recommended?

Hopkins and all, First let me say I did my research and it concurs with Jeff. I am not to hot at transfering links so please forgive me if I don't. However, Friederika Margareta af Hansen was first married to the above menioned person. However on her second marriage, she married Hans Ringkjob, and the Severson clan was started. Of course I am quite down the line in position 8.
Oh by the way, Else af Hansen was only his favorite mistress. He spent quite some time in taverns and brothels. Thanks to his Foreign minister the reign continued.

There is nothing I can tell you that will agree with what you obviously want to find. We have nothing to discuss.

Hopkins, I have no reason to raise your ire, but if I could only bring what I find on various search engines, you would see I am not to far off base.

Hi, using various webb search engines, I punched in the name Elise Fredriksdatter and found she was born in 1747.
I also found she was the offspring of King Frederick 5 and Else af Hansen. I further found out she was married to Hans Ringkjob.
Exactly which daughter it was is open to anyone's guess,

Hi, I would welcome debate. Who was this Elise Fredriksdatter?

This is not a Debate Forum, it is about Norwegian Heritage, a forum for discussing subjects related to genealogy, hunting passenger lists, Norwegian Heritage and emigrant ships. I am sure you can find some forum on the Internet to fit your debating and royality needs.

JoAnne, I am sure you misunderstood me, or perhaps I didn't put things down right. I am certainly not
out for a fight. This piece predates the one on Hans Ringkjob.

Joanne, in an attempt to deal with Norweigen geanology, I made a post about an interactive family tree board on my report to the one one on Hans Ringkjob.

I am now closing this tread. Speculations about illigitime children as offspring from different Royal families should be continued elsewhere. We have reached a dead end here!
