Here are some Svennungsens and 1 Svennungsdatter. Do any of these match up to yours? You didn't provide a birthdate or anything to help us find him.

Svennungsen and Hegna sounds like Telemark County to me, but we need more accurate dates as Tami pointed out.

Kenneth, can you repeat the birtday or about when Johan Svennungsen Hegna was born or emigrated?
Your question and the answer I gave you crashed, her is a reconstruction, but the name of the woman named Hegna Drengstig vanished:

There are Hegna farms in following municipalities in Telemark county:
Bamle, Bĝ, Eidanger, Hitterdal, Hollen, Lunde, Sannikedal, Sauherad and Solum and in Flesberg and Sandsvĉr municipalities in Buskerud county.

Drengstig:
Very unusual name coming from mans name Dreng and sti means track. Drengs track.

33 persons with last name Drengstig are living in Norway today, mostly located in Rogaland County in south-west Norway according to ABC
Write Drengstig, press sĝk and watch.

Thank you. I had her facebook account but she hasn't been checking it. I was hoping she has children that can communicate with us.
