Hi,
Torger Fredriksen, user of Nørigård (Northern) Hårstad 1709-1741
Born kr (could it means før/before) 1661, age 40 in 1701
Died 1755 at age 86
Fredrik set up a bond (an instrument of debt) on Sept. 20. 1729 to Mr. Hans Hamond (face value) on 100 Riksdaler against a pledge in Hårstad including leased land 4 øre (the value of 108 Gram in silver).
The bond was was paid for on Oct. 12. 1737.
Fredrik sold Hårstad, including "bøksel" the leased land 1 spand 1 øre to his son Torger Fredriksen for 100 Riksdaler on July 10. 1741

Then to the oops:
Torger Fredriksen farmer and owner of Kroen and Hårstad from 1863 (Kroen is likely a farm, but it means Inn/Tavern)
Born Jan. 28. 1841
Died 1905

The new owner is most likely mentioned in the historian books from Rennebu called "Bygdebok".
1865 Hårstad in Rennebu including Hårstadkroen.
These are the "Bygdebooks" for Rennebu

Haarstad 1900, widower Torger Fredriksen still owned Haarsad, two daughters, Guru and Kristine, three servants "tjener" and Torgers two sisters Ingeborg and Ane, both unmarried.
