Here is a web site that will help translate these words for you.
http://home.online.no/~otjoerge/files/wordlist.htm#start

My attempt is: She is a widow, and was married to Kolbjørn.

Maybe a small correction is in order.
Word by word: "She is widow at the marriage with Kolbjørn"
i.e. She was a widow when she married Kolbjørn.

I agree with eibache.
It says that she was a widow at the marriage with Kolbjørn.

It does not explain why he is written as having 2 wives. If you by that are refering to a census or something, it could mean that she was his second wife, but that is not what the sentence mean

Thanks again,
I was asking because on a website I saw that lineage as Kolbjørn Trulsen Skinneseie with 2 wives, having been widowed makes sense! Thanks! (it was just a family tree ;-0) I suspected, but there was a note with it.
