I said "the destination was probably Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin".

Used the Digitalarkivet website; looked at the emigration protocol out of Kristiania/Oslo 1871-1930 for all records listing "Hudson" as part of the planned destination database field.

A person could change their mind during their journey, or make more moves after first arrival and settlement. There is no guarantee that this person eventually lived in any location called Hudson.
