Not in Osen - but in Trysil book there is a child "Johan Olsen" born on the 22 of illegible month and baptised 29 of Jan 1815. This boy appears to also be the only by the name "John Olsen" confirmed in Trysil 14-15 years later.

Hedmark fylke, Trysil i Trysil, Ministerialbok nr. 3 /1 (1814-1841), Fødte og døpte 1815, side 4-5. (record #2 listed under heading 1815)
