Jackie, this what I have sgraight from the horse's mouth: Allen J Ohnstad and Mathilda Iverson were married on Dec.1,1904 in Owatonna, Minnesota
Their witnesses were Peter Ellingson and Ella M Eggleson.
Their marriage certificate is recorded in Book H .Page 19

Jackie, I wonder if we can't safely assume that Allen Ohnstad isn't the Americaized version of Ellend Ohnstad.

Hi all, I am not so sure now that Anne died in Minn. It could have been in Iowa where my grandmother's first husband died.

Jackie, it is only out of curiousity I seek where he was burried. For that matter of fact, I have been using this forum and others to find where my grandmother's first husband, Edward Iverson, is burried in Iowa. I have walked to her last husband, Edward Rutter, countless times.

Hi Wally,

Well disposition of the body is something covered on the death certificate. You could buy the certificate on Ellend from the State of Washington or if your curiosity doesn't warrant spending $$ on the cert, wait until such time as the images are again free for the viewing on the website. It may be that Ellend wasn't buried in Washington. Most likely there is a funeral home or agent in charge and they will likely be listed on the d.c.

Good Luck,

Jackie M.
