Her full name was Eleonore Eugenie Therese. She could have used an Americanized version of any of those names. I still think she was going to marry someone named Bergersen. Otherwise, why would she change her name again?

There is a new search engine which has a "supposedly" comprehensive listing of marriages performed in North Dakota, you might want to try the search capabilities there:

http://greatriversnetwork.org no longer functional but there is this marriage search engine for N.D. marriages:

On the off chance mkeys is still interested:

From the Bottineau Courant Friday 15 Dec 1905 page 6 col 2:

"The following marriage licenses were issued this week by Judge Kirk of the County Court Roy Foreman and Clara Throngard; Trygue Hangrud and Elenore E T Bergerson both parties of Westhope...."

They had a son named Arnold Harry born 11 Apr 1907 and he lived in Bottineau until at least 1917...

From the Bottineau Courant Thursday 8 Mar 1917 page 6 col 3:
"Trigvi Haugerud arrived in Souris last week., after several years absence from this vicinity. He has been in the Canadian northwest most of the time."

They had a daughter named Emmy Ragnhild b 16 Apr 1909. She is assigned parents named Andrew and Laura Haugrud when she is confirmed in 1923.
