Efter Biskopens tilladelse (After the Bishop's authorisation)
He needed the permission from the Bishop for his confirmation, since he was an Illegitimate child.

I don't fully agree that "His parents were alive". They (Stian August Stiansen & Birthe Marie Olsdr) are listed as his parents, but that doesn't necessarily mean they where alive at his confirmation...?

I see that your information is from the 1891 England Census, where Carl August Stiansen is married to Susanah Stiansen born 1856 in London, England
Their children:
Annie H Stiansen, b 1887 in London, England
Hellen A Stiansen, b 1889 in London, England
Rosina M Stiansen, b 1890 in London, England

Charles Augustus Stianson died 1895 in Whitechapel, London, Middlesex, England

This could be my Great Grandfather on my dads side. I have only just started to really search as he has little information on his families history
