Kari Larsdatter Skaarer and Ole Hansen Holter married Jan 13. 1764 in Fet church (demolished 1889), engaged on Dec. 26.1763, he was a Dragon, a soldier trained to fight on foot but to be deploy by horse in Sønnenfjelske Dragonregiment, from 1784 changed to Akerhus Dragonregiment, 1. page top

Kari Larsdatter Skaarer was christened Karen on jan 25. 1739 born to Lars Schaarer and Berte Albretsdatter, right page top

Ole Hansen Holter died 1773, buried Jan. 24.1773, age 43, he should be born about 1730, 3. from top

Information from LDS tells Ole Hansen Holter was born on Kjustad in Fet 1729, his father was Hans Kjustad (his mother was Gudbjørg Jensdatter Faller), christened Sept. 4.

I have seen online R. Hertzenberg looking for information on Maren Olava Nygaard since 1997.

He is your cousin, guss he will be happy when he recieve the information from you.

Not much more to look for in Fet, in a few years the probate registers will be online.

I can bring up Gudbiør Faller´s death record from 1746, she died on Holter and the funeral was Sept. 15, age 38, so from that she was born about 1708, left column central marked with a X in front of her name here

Hans Olsen Kjustad/Holter died 1770 on Holter, the funeral was on July 2. age 69 so he was born about 1701, left column 3. from top here

Another detail from Fet Bygdebok: Lars Olsen Holter was the son of
OLE HANSEN (1729-73) and KARI LARSD. Østigarn Skårer. (b 1739)
