Thank You for Reading My Topic Post,

I have just very recently, "fallen over" a prior unknown, Family Member, in the Norway Digital Archives. The Lady is Karen Olea Christiandatter (Inglebretsen). Below towards the bottom of this Post, is a link to an Image of Her Baptism, in the Norway Digital Archives, it is relative to the Marriage of Anne Helene Christiandatter's Parents who were married in Vaale on the 21st Day of May 1822.

The 2 [Two] Parents Involved were :

Christian Ingebretsen [male Parent] who was 24 years old at the time of the Wedding, and who came from Waale in Ramnęs.

As well as Olea Olsdatter [Female Parent] who was 26 years at the time of the Wedding, and came from Brekke.

Link to their Marriage just below this text :

http://www.arkivverket.no/URN:kb_read?idx_kildeid=8163&idx_id=8163&uid=ny&idx_side=-138

This makes our newly discovered Karen Olea Christiandatter (Inglebretsen) a Blood Sister to Anne Helene Christiandatter

Who was the 2nd Spouse of Andreas Olsen, from Stokke, Vestfold, Norway, later from Tonsberg, Vestfold, Norway. It's rather exciting to make such a discovery yourself. Those amazing Digital Archive Vaults, have so many Family Treasures, yet undiscovered, buried in their depths, perhaps for us all.

The Online Norway Digital Archives Permanent Page Link, to Karen Olea Christiandatter (Inglebretsen) Baptism is further down this Topic Post. I have presented some Text Details, just below, before you reach the Link to Her Baptism.

Birth and baptism records 1833, page 93-94.

Click on the Permanent pagelink below:

The above Information may help and aid, those who may visit our Norway Heritage Forum in years to come. Nail down another Member of their Family or Interrelated Family, to our own Ingebretsen Family, every little bit helps, build something out of little. If you feel you have further Information to add, please do, by way of a Reply, to this, Topic Post.

Kind Regards

I'm pleased to see that you are starting to research into a family line other than the Olsen family line that previously had you grabbing and confusing every other Olsen (of MANY) in that district with your own family.
Good luck with your investigation of the "Ingebretsen" family line.

Keep your postings simply worded and straightforward and make it easy for others to follow your progress and/or contribute in any way that appears possible.
Again -- good luck!

Hi Ted.

In the baptism record for Karen Olea, under parents colomn it says "Christian Ingebretsen under Teien,
Olea Olsdatter"
The "under Teien" means that they live on a place who belongs to the farm Teien.
Teien can also bee spelled Tejen.
