I'm looking for the ship connection for Hero going to minneapois ,MN. The emmigrant is Lorentz Ryan from Trodhiem he left on March 23,1887

You have a fairly long list of possibles to research through as is shown on the page at the website that lists "Corresponding ships
for the S/S Hero (2) journey 1887-03-24 Trondheim - Christiansund - Aalesund - Hull".

I do not believe that any trans-Atlantic ship could have arrived in Minneapolis. In fact, the US National Archives does not indicate that any immigration records were recorded for the city of Minneapolis.

As you learned from reading the helpful articles about Norwegian emigration to the US during that time period the more likely actual port of arrival for someone who wanted to end up in Minneapolis would probably have been to come in through Quebec, Halifax, New York, Boston or Baltimore -- but of course there were other ports of arrival available along the east coast of this continent.
