Column 6 gives the parents of the "uægte" child Gunild Marie Halvorsdatter who was born Nov 16 1840, they were
Pigen (maiden) Barbroe Nielsdatter har forælder i (has parents in) Lunden opgivet til barnefader (stated as the childs father) Ungkarl og skolelærer i (bachelor and teacher in) Mæssel ? Halvor Pedersen.

Thank you Einar, especially for the information about the parents of Halvor and Barbroe. Allows me to move back in time another generation.

Niels Evensen and Ane Aslachsdatter were married July 21 1819, see #6
Ane Aslachsdatter was bapt Jan 22 1792, see second record in 1792. Her parents were Aslach Øvensen Bærelie and Maren Erichsdatter.
Niels is said to be 26 years when they married, I believe this is wrong, no Niels Evensen was born in Froland 1791-1794. If Niels was 36 years when he marrried a Niels Evensen was born Nov 7 and baptized Nov 10 1792, see next to the last record on left page. His parents were Even Nielsen and Barbra Teriesdatter Lunden.

Thank you Einar, just curious what is the first word in front of Niels name and the word right after Ane Aslachsdatter's name.

Yes, I would agree that Niels is probably the one you found, this family stayed on the Lunden farm a long time.

Another question for you.

The parents of John Jorgensen were Jorgen Johnsen and Berthe Kittlesdatter. They were married in October 1824. See #14
Can you decipher the date in October that they were married on.

The word in front of Niels is "Bondesøn" = farmers son, after Evens. is the farm name "Lund" and then "fra Froland" = from Froland (parish). The word after Anne Aslachsd. is the farm name "Bærelie" and "Bpige" short for Bondepige = farmers girl.

Again tusen takk, I really enjoy being able to know the words used in these church records and hopefully I will recognize them the next time I see them.
