It looks as if you know a lot about your family including most of the things found in census records. Are you looking for information on ancestors in Norway, information on living relatives in the US or something else.

:) I'm thankful to have this information for my family.... but I want more! :D

I would love information on my ancestors in Norway.
I would love information on (and contact with) living relatives.
I'd also like to learn when Thor and Olava came to the USA.

Wow! That was fast! Could that really be them? I'm quite excited!

What are those records? I just ran across some notes in my file that said Thor and Olava came to the USA in June 1881.

Thore was a little harder to find, note the spelling. You need to take the Nationality with a grain of salt. Like many immigrants from Norway he changed ships in England. The birth year, name and date of immigration look good. Again from ancestry.com.

Thank you so much! This has really been wonderful. I feel like I've just gained 8 new family members!

Most of my family can be traced back to the early 1700s - several lines go back to the 1500s - making this particular part of my ancestry look so neglected. Thanks to the two of you, it's now looking much, much better! Yay!

If you happen to stumble over any more information... :) you know I'd LOVE it!

Wonderful! You are so kind!

Is there anything more on Olava's father, Jacob Olsen?

And is Isdahl a name of a place? (John Throndsen, Isdahl)
