In the marriage record it says that Elizabeth was born in Sweden and that her father was Nils Peter Åstrøm, see #10 The Christen who married Elizabeth is the one born in 1836, see #17 - proof the father in both cases Hans C Hansen, Christen born 1836.

Einar, Thanks for the info, #17 does come up with 1876 information. Does Sverige mean Sweden? Thanks, Alan. |

Elisabeth Aastrøm came from Sweden to Nøtterøy Oct 20 1867 to get married, see #60 she moved in at a family in Smovig. This family was in 1865 where Kristen (Christen) Kristensen (Kristiansen) = Christen Hansen is her husband to be.

My great grandmothers name was Julia Anna Hansen born 1851 in Norway. She married John Oloson and then widowed married Frederik Augus Brullow. They had one child together named Carl henric Brullow. |

Terry, Your posting is tacked on the end of a seemingly unrelated thread and does not indicate what you are trying to do.
If you have information that your Julia is linked to the family being discussed in the earlier postings of this thread, please clarify.
If your Julia is not known to be related to the family earlier discussed then you'd be better served to write a new query/thread for posting on the forum. Be sure and given all the information that might help. Hanson/Hansen is a very very common name and a great deal of information might help to find her. Writing a good query
Note: The 1900 US census, for Oshkosh, Winnebago Co. WI, lists Fred and Julia Brullow with two daughters, they indicate that they have been married for 26 years, came to the US 18 years earlier and have 5 living children at the time that census was taken. The 1910 US census (also Winnebago Co. WI) lists Fred as being from Sweden, Julia from Norway, that they came to the US in different years, have been married for 16 years, they have 5 living children, etc. Fredrick August Brullow, listing his prior national affiliation as Sweden, filed a Declaration of Intention (first step in the US naturalization process) after 1906 and the name index is listed as an archive from Winnebago County, Wisconsin.
