Harald Larssen listed as "Ungkalr" means?
- bachelor

quote:
Ole Larssen 16; Hans Larssen 12; are listed as Han's brother.. brother to Hans Olsen??
- "Hans broder" means His brother i.e. Harald Larsens brother, their father was Lars - - .

Maybe this translator could be useful?

Hans Larsen was baptized Nov 9 1788, see first record in 1789 father was Lars Haraldsen, Midbøen.
Ole Larsen was baptized April 10 1785, see 3rd record on left page same father as Hans.
Harald Larsen was baptized Aug 14 1781, see 6th record on right page here is revealed the mothers name, she was Ragnille Olsdatter.
Ragnille Olsdatter, Midbøen 44 years old was burried on Aug 5 1792.

One the 1801 record, listing my relative Lars Hansen age 5-- is there a connection in this familiy to the Larssen family below? they appear to be another household.

from your updated information, Ragnille Olsdatter, Miboen - is shse connected to Torbior Olsdatter (Lars Hansen's mother)?

Ragnille Olsdatter, Midbøen born approx 1748, Torbiør Olsdatter born approx 1764 - could be sisters, records for proof will be necessary.
No record for Ragnille/Ragnild so far. Torbiør, bapt Oct 14 1764, father Ole Grimarsen.
Ole Grimarsen, Øvrebø and Asloug Christiansdatter, Hougin married Nov 14 1754, see next to the last couple on left page - they would not likely be the parents of Ragnille.
Torbiørs husband Hans Olsen, born approx 1758 might be another possibility.

Soldier Michel Johnsen, Øijen and Margitte Johnsdatter were married July 8 1770, see first record in the church year 1770. They were both from Souland Annex.
Their first child John was baptized Jan 17 1773.
They baptized a daughter Helje on June 17 1775.
Too many Margit Johnsdatter to select the right one. Michel Johnsen not found.
