Could someone please help me with reading #2 http://www.arkivverket.no/URN:kb_read?idx_kildeid=6042&idx_id=6042&uid=ny&idx_side=-265 ?
Anne Elizabeth Christiansdtr, born 1855 in Nes, but I'm not sure about the rest.

Anne Elisabeth Kristiansdatter came from Næs and moved into Brandval 1879, she was born 1855 and she settled on nordre Kjølstad.
She brought with her attestation from the minister in Næs.

Thanks so much. One question: It wasn't necessary to "withdraw" from the previous parish and "register" with the new one immediately upon moving there? Even though she moved in 1877, she didn't take care of the paperwork until later in 1880.

Some did not take care of the "paperwork"" at all, have not found the record for Anne Elisabeth moving out of Nes.
