FamilySearch.org lists the death of a James R Goalen born in 1906 died Dec. 18, 1906. The father is listed as William Thomas Goalen and the death place is Toronto Junction, York, Ontario, Canada. Essentially the same place as listed for Mrs. William Goalen.
