What exactly is 'Actus Ministeriales?' It actually translates to?? Is there a separate 'Actus Ministeriales' entries for engagements, another for marriages, another for deaths, etc? Thanks for the help.

Are you referring to Norwegian parish records? If you are, then yes, there are separate entries for each that you mentioned.
I believe that is Latin, so it would be something like, "moving through ministeriales". My best guess. Where did you see this? That may help.

Thanks for the information. This makes sense. It is found at the top of the pages of their baptismal records, marriage records, etc.

Hi,

Perhaps it means "pastoral acts" i.e. ceremonies performed by the minister?

Yes, it is latin.

Actus means done or "something which has been done", and Ministeriales is "church actions", "ecclesiastical official business",

Thus; the heading means "church ceremonies which have been performed".
