Looking for this family who went to US 1881. Father Henrik Olai Nilsson, Rødsten, Kvinnherad b. April 12. 1854, wife Brita Christoffersdtr b. December 20. 1859 and a child Martha b. may 1. 1881.
The only thing I know is that they went Liverpool- New York by the ship " City of Brussel". Henrik Olai had another elder brother who went to US in 1868. Thank you in advance. Magnar.

World War I draft records for
Bernhardt has birth date 12 Mar 1896
Nels Martin has birth date 28 Apr 1898
Christopher 16 Aug 1883

Wisconsin Death Index 1959-1997 has
Benhard died 1 mar 1987

Find A Grave has Christopher died 1944 his wife Gena(1889-1969)
Nels Martin died 9 Aug 1985

Hi, and thank you, I see that the youngest of the child was born 1898. This tell me that my g.g. aunt Brita became approximately 40 years of age, she was born on December 20. 1858, not 1859 which I wrote in my first post, thank you. Magnar.
