Could very well be.
Confirmation could be by finding the bapt. record for the sister Christine Jonsdatter (48) to see if the father Jon was married to Gunild Iversdatter who was Dorthes mother.

Jon is only named by the farm, in this case Bleger. He does not neccesarily live on the same farm 3 years later, but most likely his wife is the same.
