His last name is Larsen, he was living at Komagfiord - see map - small fjord on Sørøya close to Hammerfest.

Is there a birthdate for Jacob Sivertsen?
- Jacob Sivertsen was a widower 43 years old when he married Anne Helene (50 years) in 1842.
The 1801 census shows one Jacob Andreas Sivertsen, 6 years in Kvefjord. This is most likely the one you are looking for. He was born April 20 1795 and his father was Sivert Holgersen.
The father died before 1801. the mother Maren Kirstina Jonsdatter is recorded as widow in 1801.

That was interesting to see the map. With the word "fiord" in Komagfiord, seemed like it should be a place.
Thankyou for that information and on what you found for Jacob Sivertsen. Believe that I have all the information straight now.
