Ostfold, Skjeberg, Norway 1789 Engagement and Marriage Records show, P. 151, No. 10 shows Hans Nielsen and Permille Olsdatter - 8 April. Would this be their engagement date or their marriage date?

Ostfold, Skjeberg, Norway 1791 Birth/Baptism records, p. 159, No. 45 shows Nils, son of Hans Nilsen and Pernille Olsd. Schaen. However, the date appears to be in Latin. Can someone tell me what this date is and whether it is the birthdate or baptism date?
Thank you! -Dusty

Top of left columns say "Trolowede" = engaged, top of right columns say "Copulerede" = married.
#10 is a marriage date.

#45 "Dom: IIItie a Trinit. = July 10.
