I'm trying to confirm if this might be my 3rd great grandfather.

Marriage Ole Andersen & Berte Eriksdtr Dec 14, 1845 Record #10

Birth Ole Andersen Oct 17, 1814 Record #42
1st Marriage Ole Anderson & Oliv Eriksdtr Record #6
Death 1st Wife Oliv Eriksdtr Sept 12, 1844 Record #9

Based on the location of the marriage record and 1865 census, this looks like a better death record
Death of 1st Wife Oliv Eriksdtr Jul 12, 1844 Record #70

Enkemand (widower) Ole Andersen and Pige (maiden) Berte Eriksdatter, both at Hegsvoldeie were married Dec 14. Oles father was Anders Olsen, Bertes father was Erik Jansen.
This couple and their children in 1865.
The main record see #30 gives some more information which confirms Oles birth/bapt record, his first amrriage and the death record for his first wife.

Thanks, it was the the 1865 census which made me search out the marriage record. The age, location, and Anders Olsen made a good case.

The record you provided does make it look like a great match.
Thanks Again!!!!

Would you be so kind as to translate the columns ater when the engagement/intention was announced are? The Oct 30, 1816 date confuses me.
