I found the record here....

http://www.arkivverket.no/URN:kb_read?idx_kildeid=11595&idx_id=11595&uid=ny&idx_side=-62

Left side of the page. I am curious if it states the actual date of birth, baptism, and farm she was born on. Can you help?

Also, this Death record. 3rd from the top left page. Thanks

Kari Johannesdatter was born in Borgund parish June 24, baptized at home on the 25, this was confirmed in church July 12. Her parents were Johannes Torresen and Kirstie Jacobsdatter, no farm given.

Margrete Olsdatter, 5 days old, died June 4 and was burried June 8.

Thanks you very much. The death record is one above Margrete Olsdatter. Should be Kari Johannesdatter I think. Can we translate?

Kari Johansdr Huusum af Borgund, død 5 Juni, begr 11, Jordfestet 16 Juni. 21 aar
Kari Johansdr Huusum from Borgund (parish), dead June 5th, buried June 11th, funeral June 16th. 21 y.o.

Looks like this one from census-1801, ie. the same girl as the birthrecord from 1795 which you link to.

All of the words in that record except the proper names and places plus a couple of minor abbreviations are included in the "dictionary" of translated Norwegian words website which is above right on this page under LINKS.
